Do you have a bad back, or back pain? I spent many hours searching online for somewhere that I could moan and shout and scream and find support and other people that understood how I felt. I wanted helpful information, not doom and gloom and bad news all the time.

I  wanted  somewhere  optimistic,  positive  and  uplifting.
